« Le Shadow Banking est le genre de concept que l’on comprend sans bien le comprendre, qui continue à vous échapper même lorsque l’on approfondit l’investigation, tant il recouvre des acteurs multiples aux jeux divers et complexes. On croit savoir de lui, 1/ qu’avec 80 000 milliards de dollars d’actifs financiers, il représente la moitié du poids du système bancaire traditionnel. 2/ Que les ¾ sont contrôlés par les États-Unis, le Royaume-Uni, et la zone euro. 3/ Enfin, les liens tissés entre la finance de l’ombre et la banque classique, hors bilan, donc hors contrôle, créent un risque systémique. Et l’on sait de surcroît que toute une partie de cette finance de l’ombre, domiciliée dans les centres financiers off-shore nous échappe. Les deux problématiques étant intimement liées.
Lorsque l’on parle de Shadow Banking, c’est le terme Shadow qui retient l’attention et excite l’imaginaire. Or c’est le mot « banking » qui devrait encore plus focaliser notre attention. Pourquoi ? Parce que le Shadow Banking est une notion qui fait exploser les typologies que l’on croyait maîtriser… »

Ce qu’on oublie de dire, et c’est bien le coeur du scandale, réside dans le fait que les quelques 80 000 milliards d’actifs sont, en fait, du vent créé avec de la pourriture. Et cette activité, qu’en d’autres temps, on appelait l’industrie financière ne prétend rien d’autre que de remplir les poches des promoteurs du shadow banking et de leurs « clients » avec de la poussière de rien.
C’est une arnaque grandiose dont on fait pourtant porter les conséquences sur la société entière, y compris et surtout sur ceux qu’on a dépouillé de leurs petits actifs tangibles, de leur travail et de leurs maigres économies.
Un jour cela va danser sous les éclairages publics et « ils » l’auront bien mérité !

Fine. Turkey wants to be a member state of the EU since a long time…
Just last week Turkey shot down a Russian Jet Fighter as it apparently came into Turkey territory… – Do « friends » or allies – (against ISIS) have to provoke a bigger potential war and complicate the fight against ISIS? -The EC receives at the same time Erdogan and grants him Euro 3 billion in order to help his government to stop the influx of refugees into EC…. Fine. But not one word was said officially to Erdogan that his behaviour is dangerous and stupid, ie shooting down a fighter jet and doing big business with ISIS. In contrary, the EC (thank you madame Merkel) is promising this rogue state that it will be a member or this club (EC) and wants also to grant the Turkish people access to Schengen for free travelling within EC, soon…. Do all 28 member states of the EC agree with that? Needless to ask if majority of the EC population would agree for it as the people will not be asked…
And the US government supports officially the shooting down of the Russian airplane…and supports de facto Turkey, who supports de facto ISIS…
Imagine the day Turkey will be a member of the EC: Europe will have as direct neighbour Iran and Syria. Imagine, how the leaderless EC will manage any crises with its new neighbours… If the EC rules apply of misses Merkel (Welcome to all…), and by having a new state inside the EC with a majority of muslim population, which is slowly but surely becoming more radical in terms of religion, imagine the EC with such arrogant, despots-like leader ….
Where will the EC head to?
Hope the best, expect the worst
